Curry Cuisine brings you a unique way to learn and cook authentic Indian food, giving your tastebuds a treat and impressing family and friends all at the same time!  My name is Prett Tejura, I was born in Kenya, but have lived in the UK all my life, currently based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. My origins stem from Gujarat, India and I have always had a passion for cooking.
Over the past ten years or so I have been collecting recipes from my family to pass down to my three children. I want them to maintain some Indian traditions and culture, and I think food is an excellent way of doing it. The idea for Curry Cuisine came after several friends had asked me to teach them how to cook traditional Indian dishes. I enjoy teaching people how to create tasty meals so they can impress their friends and family. Through the various cookery lessons and products on offer, I want to show everyone that cooking Indian food is easy, fun and exciting. A true traditional Indian meal cannot be created without the correct combination of spices, Curry Cuisine has produced a range of custom made spice blends/mixes guaranteed to produce authentic, unique and mouth watering meals every single time. All the mixes have been hand blended to perfection and are guaranteed to excite your tastebuds, awaken your senses and create a magical dance on your tongue. We also produce a range of Indian pickles and chutneys using locally sourced produce where ever possible to complement your meal - Try our unique Rhubarb and Mango pickle or delicious Beetroot chutney!
