Curry Cuisine brings you a unique way to learn authentic Indian cooking, give your tastebuds a treat and impress family and friends all at the same time.
My name is Prett Tejura, I was born in Kenya, but have lived in the UK all my life. My origins stem from Gujarat, India and I have always had a passion for cooking.
Over the past ten years or so I have been collecting recipes from my family to pass down to my three children. I want them to maintain some Indian traditions and culture, and I think food is an excellent way of doing it.
The idea for Curry Cuisine came after several friends had asked me to teach them how to cook traditional Indian dishes. I enjoy teaching people how to create tasty meals so they can impress their friends and family. Through the various courses on offer, I want to show everyone that cooking Indian food is fun and exciting.
Bound with the knowledge and understanding that a truly traditional Indian meal cannot be created without the correct combination of spices based on ayervedic principals, Curry Cuisine has produced a range of custom made spice blends/mixes guaranteed to produce authentic, unique and mouth watering meals every single time. All the mixes have been blended to perfection and are guaranteed to excite your tastebuds, awaken your senses and create a magical dance on your tongue. Try them today!
